I don't wake up to my 3 am alarms
My body's not ready to handle reality
That a brand new day is waiting for me
With brand new problems, brand new struggles
Brand new things to add to the ever growing pile of old
It never seems to end

And so they say when you have a rough day
That is a way for life to say that you're ready for something bigger
But I'm not fond of the idea that life only gets harder
That the problems and challenges only get tougher

That you could never be enough
That I will never be enough
