The organization aims to promote academic excellence and Software Engineering to its stakeholders. We develop our members’ intrapersonal, interpersonal, and leadership skills. We also encourage students to become good software engineers with proper work ethics, aware of the social responsibilities in the field, that will contribute to the development of the nation.
The Young Software Engineers' Society seeks to bridge the gap between the academe and the industry, becoming a nationally acknowledged organization for promoting Software Engineering throughout the country and for producing top students that will become professional software engineers, team leaders, and Chief Executive Officers (CEO).
The Young Software Engineers’ Society conducts various activities in line with our mission, focusing on the growth of our members and promoting Software Engineering to our stakeholders.

Different sets of tutorials covering Computer Science topics are organized to assist students in their academic affairs.

We invite students to partake in our orientation as a way of introducing the organization, our history and goals, and our projects and activities.
We visit communities to lend them a hand as another way of giving back to the nation.
We foster camaraderie and unity among our members through various team building events and Constructive Self-Criticism (CSCs) talks.
